Consultation Services

Fees paid for consultations, whether online or in-person, are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please contact us in advance. We will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your appointment at a mutually convenient time.

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate payments or technical errors during the payment process.

Herbal Medicines & Products

If herbal medicines or other healthcare products are supplied through our website or clinic, they are carefully prepared and handled with attention to quality.

Due to the nature of healthcare and herbal products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery. This policy helps maintain product quality and ensures the safety of all patients.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
